AIRSPEED MEASUREMENTS

The flight quality of a vertical wind tunnel is related to the jet quality. Complete airspeed measurements will reveal the characteristics and quality of the jet.

The first full size prototype at Appalachian Amusement Center became operational December 11, 2003. In March of 2004 we took our first airspeed measurements with our new KURZ 2444 thermal anemometer. As measurements are taken the data is published here. Soon a complete series of airspeed measurements will be published here.
