Airspeeds and Diameters

Airspeeds and Diameters shown in red are taken from actual measurements. When shown in blue, they are approximations made by experienced calibrated fliers. None of these specifications are the published numbers provided by owners and operators as these are rarely accurate.
For the purposes of this site the airspeeds listed are the highest measured speed (or an estimation when measurements are not available). Diameter is defined as that area where the airspeed is above 113 feet per second. 113 FPS is used because this is the lowest speed at which most people could possibly fly. The Height of the flight area is the highest people have flown above the net.
