Can the air in the L-1 design be heated and or cooled ?

It is nearly impossible to heat or cool the air. A 120 MPH 12 foot jet moves 1.2 million cubic feet of air per minute. Heating or cooling this much air is nearly impossible. An L-1 could be built inside a very large structure such as an aircraft hangar. With all the air enclosed it would be possible to heat or cool the air in this case because the air is contained.
